Job Description

This is a full-time pivotal hybrid role for Business Support Coordination. The Business Support executive will primarily work partly from his/ her home partly from Vadodara office, based on team’s understanding. Flexibility for some remote work is acceptable. The Business Support executive's day-to-day tasks will include administration, customer support service, customer interaction, internal coordination and business process improvement cum office administration assistance etc. The Business Support Coordinator will also be responsible for communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent analytical skills with an eye for details.
  • Willingness to be involved in business process improvement and initiative.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in administrative assistance and customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as well as in a team environment.
  • Experience in electrical- mechanical or a process industry may be considered a plus.
  • Experience of about 1 years to 2 years may be a good fit.
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream or knowledge of related field is an advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Prepare sales contract documents, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people
Requirements and skills
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role for at least 2 to 3 years
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Market knowledge of Electrical switchgear and control gear of LV/ MV is an advantage
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Grad in business administration, and/ or Engineering field
